"We were selling our son's home in San Francisco and had enlisted Cindy's help. She was very professional, helpful and resourceful (we needed repairs before putting the house on the market). She was also very conscientious, responsive and her negotiations skills were excellent. My son and his wife were also buying a new home in the East Bay at the same time and Cindy was able to coordinate both transactions smoothly and on time.
